Bauer skates typically run 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than your standard shoe size. We recommend using our 3D Skate Lab scanner at an authorized retailer or consulting our online sizing chart for the most accurate fit.
What is the warranty period for BAUER hockey sticks?
All BAUER composite sticks are covered by a one-time limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment?
Customized gear, including MyBauer sticks and skates, typically takes 4 to 6 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the complexity of the build and current seasonal demand.
Can I return used equipment if it doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, resaleable items in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, protective gear and skates that have been sharpened or used on-ice cannot be returned.
How should I clean and maintain my BAUER protective gear?
We recommend air-drying your gear immediately after every use. Most liners are removable and machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Avoid using high heat or commercial dryers as they can damage the protective foams.
